Orders

How fast can I get my order?

Most orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. Please check the announcement banner at the top of the website for more accurate times.  Once the order is shipped, delivery time will vary based on the carrier's current shipping times.

What is your return policy

We do not accept returns on any orders unless the candle arrives damaged or you were mistakenly given a different scent than what you ordered. Photo proof will be required in both instances. Click here for more information.

Do you offer wholesale orders?

Yes! We offer wholesale solutions for businesses and events.

Candle Care

How do I get the most out of my candle?

Proper candle care is crucial to getting the most use out of your candles. With each order, we provide a candle care card that shares a list of instructions to follow. Here are a few tips mentioned on the card:

  • Trim the wick to 1/4"-1/2"  before each lighting
  • Leave the candle lit for at least 3 to 4 hours on the first use to avoid 'tunneling'
  • Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time

Why is my candle not burning evenly?

When your candle does not burn easily, it is called ‘tunneling.’ If you do not keep the candle lit long enough to completely melt the surface, your candle will continue to burn unevenly. If this happens, try wrapping the top half of the candle in a cone made out of aluminum foil . The hole at the top of the candle should be approximately 1-1.5" in diameter. If the tunnel in the candle is too deep, doing this may result in the wick getting covered by the melted wax, causing the candle to be unusable.

We use 100% natural USA soy wax and cotton wicks.

Are your candles phthalate free?

Yes! All of our candles are free of phthalates!

Shipping

How do you package the orders?

  • We use custom boxes made of durable cardboard for a safe shipping experience. These boxes are built specifically for our candles to limit the amount of movement the candles have during shipping to prevent breakage. 
  • Our orders do not contain any type of packing filler (crinkle paper, packing peanuts etc.) for a mess free experience.

What do I do if I entered the wrong address by mistake?

Please email us immediately at wendtwicks@gmail.com so the address can be adjusted prior to shipping.  Once your order has been shipped we can not change the  address.
