Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only offer returns if the product was damaged in shipping or the wrong product was sent.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unlit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and the ability to send photos of the product and external packaging via email.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions with further steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items listed as 'final sale', clearance or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer or accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected photos of your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will have the option of a replacement candle or a refund in which you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, at the price paid (including discounts and sales) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Workshops
Wendt Wicks Candle Co. Workshops are non-refundable. If you notify us 48 hours prior to your session you can reschedule to a different date (Within 60 days of the scheduled workshop). This will be issued as a credit, not a refund. We will not offer any refund or future credit if we are notified of a cancellation less than 48 hours before your scheduled event as this does not allow us time to fill your spot. CLASS MUST BE PURCHASED AT LEAST 48 HOURS AHEAD OF SCHEDULED EVENT. Wendt Wicks Candle Co. reserves the right to cancel events for any reason; including but not limited to, weather, materials shortage, scheduling conflict with the venue, and illness. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified of the event cancellation as soon as possible and refunds will be issued accordingly and promptly. Our workshops have a minimum size of 4, in the event a class does not have 4 attendees Wendt Wicks Candle Co will reach out to all who purchased to offer either a full refund, or a credit towards a future workshop.
